My new favorite place. Best ramen and rice bowls I’ve ever had. Quite literally the best boba of my life. We got the spicy ramen bowl (not for the weak) the teriyaki rice bowl and a brown sugar boba and Japanese soda. Everything was 10/10.

Honestly best ramen around. The wife and I travel from Spokane to eat here pretty frequently. Lived in Japan for six years, this is the closest thing to authentic ramen you’re going to get around here. It is fantastic and you can’t go wrong with the tonkatsu shoyu ramen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE TRASH PLACES IN SPOKANE.

The best boba tea I’ve tried in Coeur d’Alene! The cups were premium and the flavors were all great. Also, I loved the smaller size of the boba. Made it much more pleasurable to drink.

This was the greatest place ever their boba is so fresh and perfect mixtures not too strong and their apps are amazing and so tasty and their chicken don was so savory and jam packed with flavors

It's very clean well kept. Cute little place. Ordered the Miso Ramen, so rich and tasty. The pork thick and good. The gyoza of course is a must. The taro milk tea is very creamy and aromatic. A favorite. Recommend it highly.

Every broth on this menu is delectable, but this Vegetable Ramen broth is an artform... a soy bean broth with a light garlic, onion and mushroom base. There is no dairy in this broth, but the richness gives it a milky hue. Topped with tomatoes, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, choy sum, and julienned green onions, this might be my new fave, even if next time I add meat! This time, I added a marinated egg for my protein. The Takoyaki Octopus is delicious and fun with dancing bonito flakes! The interwebz tell us those things are not alive, but they sure do dance here! Gyoza is always a delight to eat alone or drop into your soup. Hokkaido Ramen has NEVER disappointed me or my family! It was super busy with people dining in and deliveries going out, but we still did not wait long for our food. Super stoked to see their success!

The cutest little shop and staff was so nice. I am thankful they were open on Christmas after all my kids got the flu and all our plans were cancelled. The ramen was delicious, beyond my expectations and so was the boba! We will definitely be back and next time I’m getting an extra egg, so good!! Thank you
